The health of our customers and our staff is of utmost importance to us. 

Here are some answers to key questions you might be worried about. 

Can I still order items? 

Yes! We are operated from founder Lucy's home, with shipping labels etc printed, so packaging and shipping is unaffected. 

Can I get COVID-19 from my parcel?

There is no current indication that the virus can be transmitted via parcels. 

What if I can't return my parcel on time as I am self-isolating?

Don't worry - we will be extending our returns period to 1 month to ensure that everyone is able to return with peace of mind. 

Will delivery take longer? 

Whilst we can't control the shipping time with our couriers, please bear with them as it is a busy time for everyone right now! We still aim to process all orders within 48 hours.
